The reachable buyer map

Contract security across the six New England states. Named, reachable records, not market estimates.

You said prove it. This is the second half of the answer. The first half showed how the engagement works. This page shows who is actually out there to sell to in your patch, counted from named records we can put a message in front of, and banded deliberately so no number pretends to be more precise than it is.

Who signs a guarding contract

  1. Director of Facilities / Facilities Manager. The operational gate. Owns the contract day to day and is usually first to feel a coverage gap.
  2. Property Manager / Director of Property Management. The multi-site gate at commercial portfolios. One relationship covers many sites.
  3. Director of Security. The dedicated gate at hospitals, campuses and large industrial sites. Runs a review calendar, worth being known to before it opens.
  4. Plant / Operations Manager. The industrial and logistics entry point. Guarding sits inside the operating budget.
  5. CFO / Controller. Sign-off above a threshold, and the person who compares the contract against the cost of an incident.
  6. Owner / General Manager. At smaller sites the whole ladder collapses into one person.

Where they sit, six states

SegmentOrganizationsOf which 20+ staffWho signs there
Hospitals and healthcare facilitiesabout 6,900about 1,050Security director where one exists, otherwise facilities
Construction and contractorsabout 4,700about 270Project executive, site operations
Education, schools and collegesabout 4,400about 1,000Public safety or facilities director
Property management and commercial real estateabout 3,900about 350Property manager, then the CFO

Where a building buys through an outsourced facilities or property firm, the signer sits at the outsourcer, not the tenant. The map treats those as one relationship covering many sites, which is the efficient way in.

Named people reachable today

Facilities directors and managersabout 2,400
Property managersabout 2,100
Dedicated security directors and managersabout 900

Each row is a person with a name, a role that buys or champions contract guarding, and an address a message can reach. That is the raw material an outbound unit works through, week after week, while you run the company.

Provenance

Counts come from the commercial B2B databases we prospect from, filtered to Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, then banded deliberately. They are reachable named records, not census estimates, and the real number moves as records are verified. No data about Signal of New England was used beyond your public profile and your replies.

If this map reads right, the next step is fifteen minutes with Dan Reeves on how a unit works this patch. Reply in the thread, or write to dan@enquirerconsulting.com.

If it is not useful, say the word and we drop it there.
